Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is the process of contemplative listening carried out in the context of a one-to-one trusting and confidential relationship. In a session, you can expect deep conversation and spiritual care, rich moments of silence, shared prayer and spiritual practice. Sessions are one hour in length, and the fee for spiritual direction is $50 per one-hour sessions.
I am trained as a director through Still Harbor, an organization committed to weaving together social justice and spiritual growth in its director training. I offer direction from an ecumenical approach, and am fully supportive of spiritual seekers and persons of faith of all genders and sexual orientations, religious and non-religious backgrounds, races and ethnicities.
